Conservation Management Plans
Conservation Management Plans (CMP) are detailed documents which outline why a heritage property is important, and provides a framework for the future care and use of a property based on a thorough investigation of its historical significance. CMPs are often required for development applications involving exceptionally significant buildings and places.
Our consultants are experienced in developing CMPs, setting out what is significant about a place, and providing appropriate guidance through detailed policies to ensure the identified significance is retained in its future use and development.
